Air Canada's Policy on Travelling with an Attendant program provides additional seating at no charge to guests with a disability who require an attendant to travel with them to provide help with meals, medication, use of the toilet, or assist in an emergency evacuation or in the event of decompression.

Transportation Service providers (Air Canada, WestJet) are required by the Canadian Transportation Agency to adopt a 'One-Person-One-Fare Policy' for persons with severe disabilities on flights within Canada. Please note that all applicable taxes remain payable, except the Gander Airport Authority's Improvement fee.
