The Immigrant Welcome Centre
The Immigrant Welcome Centre supports newcomers to Canada.

We help clients to:
-study English
-learn about Canada, and settle in the community
-participate in social, family, work, and business activities and opportunities
-have a safe space and confidential support during a difficult time

All services and programs are free for eligible clients.

Eligibility: Permanent residents; Temporary Foreign Workers; International Students with a Work Permit; Naturalized Canadian Citizens; Refugees; Provincial Nominee Participants (PNP) Applicants; Protected Persons; and eligible people applying to stay in Canada.
