Host Agency Program
About this resource
Individualized Funding (IF) is a payment option available through Community Living British Columbia. IF enables individuals and families with flexible options to arrange, manage and pay for the supports and services they require to meet their disability related needs. However, with that comes the responsibility of being an employer, managing budgets and completing other administrative tasks.
As a Host Agency, CLV is works in partnership with individuals and their families. We receive and administer the funding on their behalf, help them to recruit and screen prespective caregivers, and assume the reporting and budgeting responsibilities. This enables individuals and families to enjoy the benefits and flexitibilty of individualized funding with out having to deal with the administrative demands.
