Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Outpatient Program
The Adolescent and Young Adult Program provides adolescents, age 12 to 19 with acquired or congenital disabilities living in British Columbia and the Yukon an opportunity to address their rehabilitation needs and the transition tasks of adolescences.

This program provides interdisciplinary assessment and treatment for persons with complex neuro-muscular-skeletal conditions. Adolescents with primarily developmental intellectual impairment or mental health conditions are not seen.

Concussion
Moderate to severe brain injury
Spinal cord injury and spina bifida
Cerebral palsy
Neuro-muscular disease such as Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy
Other congenital or acquired neuro-muscular diseases

Services provided:
Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services
Individual goal setting
Assessment and treatment
Assistance with service funding options
Information and referral to community resources
Education for clients, families, care providers and schools
