Personalized Supports Initiative (PSI) provides individualized and personalized support to help the people we serve achieve their recreational, vocational, social, home-based and/or educational goals.
Communitas offers various services in different regions, including: support coordination, employment, skill development, community based, home based, cluster-living, homemaker and supported living PSI support services. This support is flexible and designed to fit each person we serve. Support is offered to people in their homes, in the community or in their employment or volunteer endeavours.

To be eligible for services, individuals must have
