Counseling can benefit everyone. Here at IMFCSS we are here to support you in taking the steps to help you take care of your mental health. Manage depression, anxiety & learn how to promote mental wellness.
Location: On site at IMFCSS, out in the community
Participation: Individuals are referred by MCFD, IMCFSS worker or may self-refer to access these services. Youth Counseling is available for those between 13-29 years of age.
Important Information: These services are open to Métis families who are involved with MCFD, IMCFSS or who have proactively self-identified a need for support
