Hands to Heart - Services
Hands to Heart is a counselling clinic in North Vancouver that provides support for children, youth, and families facing chronic illness, neurodiversity, gender transitions, and parenting challenges. Offering both in-person in North Vancouver and online sessions across British Columbia, the clinic serves clients of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds with a focus on resilience-building and personalized care. With an emphasis on cultural humility, Hands to Heart creates a safe, empathetic space where individuals and families can navigate life’s toughest challenges, fostering healing and growth tailored to each person’s unique story. Our specialties are building resilience in individuals and family members when faced with gender identity, neurodiversity, chronic illness, complex diagnosis and the struggles that families, children and teens can face through these challenges.
