Online Course
The Online Course is designed for parents and caregivers who want to add variety into their child’s diet. In particular, this course is most appropriate for parents of children that are eating between 15–20 foods; however, most foods consumed fall into one or two food groups. We walk you through our techniques step by step, with our downloadable workbook, alongside video tutorials and one-on-one support via Zoom with our therapists.

There are different options: self-guided, full support, and full support with nutritional guidance.
