Free Counselling
Free Counselling Society Canada FCSC is a registered not-for-profit entirely-volunteer-run society S0078330, founded by a small team of experienced Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Clinical Supervisors in Toronto Ontario and Vancouver BC, Canada. It is created during the mental health crisis when many hospital mental health counselling waitlists exceeded 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and sometimes beyond 1 year.

Our goal is to connect Clients located in Ontario, BC and Canada-wide with 12 sessions and more free-of-charge counselling (video call or phone call) with minimal waitlist.

Services in multiple languages: English, Arabic, Cantonese, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Mandarin, Persian, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Urdu, Vietnamese and more.

Psychotherapy and Counselling is provided by Volunteer Counsellors or Referral Affiliate Student Counsellors who are professionally supervised and near the end of their journey to being accredited. Our counsellors are committed to providing 12 sessions and more free counselling to each client.
