One on One, Families, and Couples Counselling (available in English, 日本語, and Español)
At Gordon Neighbourhood House, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, confident and self-actualized life.

We are proud to provide counselling to members of our community. Our counselling program is appropriate for individuals, couples or groups navigating grief, loss, anxiety, depression, transition and more. All counselling is supported with regular clinical supervision. We are proud to partner with City University’s Masters of Counselling program on this initiative.

Counselling is currently available in English, Japanese and Spanish. Where possible, we seek to provide childcare and food support to group programs. Please contact us if there are specific accessibility barriers we can address.
