Individual and Couples Counselling
1. Individualized one-on-one counselling can provide you with the opportunity to explore personal struggles in a safe and validating environment. This exploration is done with the intention of increasing insight, understanding, and meaning around personal life challenges in order to work towards increasing your overall quality of life.

2. Couples counselling - Under the supervision of Dr. John Sherry our counsellors undergo specialized training to provide opportunities for couples to gain insight, emotional understanding, work on healthy communication, and more.

Individual Counselling: $20.00 per session (50 mins.)

Couples Counselling: $40.00 per session (50 mins.)

****By the nature of our low-barrier service, all of our services at the CCC are on a sliding scale. This means that should you not have the financial means to accommodate the cost of counselling, the CCC will not deny you access. Paying for your sessions helps the centre cover overhead costs like rent, supplies, equipment, and training. However if you are unable to pay you may still access counselling services through the CCC.
