Quest Not-For-Profit Grocery Market
Fraserside partners with Quest to provide low-income families with access to healthy and affordable groceries through their not-for-profit grocery markets.

Referrals to participate can be obtained from Fraserside’s reception desk at the 2nd Floor - 519 Seventh Street, New Westminster during the following hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed over the lunch hour noon-1 p.m.).
Closed on Statutory Holidays.

Eligibility
Eligibility to participate in the Quest program is based on total household income (see chart online). To determine eligibility, you will need to provide Fraserside with the following:

-Proof of New Westminster residency
-Picture identification
-Current Notice of Assessment for each adult in the household
