Consumer Initiative Fund (CIF) - Education & Leisure Fund
This fund aims to help people improve themselves and their lives by offering opportunities for personal growth, improving their lifestyle, gaining job skills, getting an education, and taking care of their well-being. Enables individuals to access courses and resources that would otherwise be unavailable to them. Provides funding of up to $400 to mental health consumers for education and leisure courses or activities.
Eligibility
The following 3 criteria must be met:
1. Adult with lived/living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges
2. Resident of the City of Vancouver
3. Must not have received this bursary within the last 3 years
