Northwest BCSS: Family Support Group

About this resource

This Support Group is for the families and friends of individuals living with any mental illness.

Northwest Family Support Group is every Third Monday of every month 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The group provides families with a safe supportive space to share and learn from each other, and an opportunity to de-stress.

It is open to anyone in the Northwest area. This includes Terrace, Kitimat, Kitamaat Village, Prince Rupert, the Nass Valley, and surrounding areas.

Meetings are online via Zoom and registration is required.
