Community Living Services
Youth Services Group- For youth aged 13-19 years, this community inclusion program offers after school activities that provide opportunities to learn new skills and take part in community based social and recreational activities.

Adult Day Programs- Much like the youth program the adult program also offer activities that provide opportunities to learn new skills and take part in community based social and recreational activities. In addition it also provides volunteer and paid work in the community and employment with PDSCL in our Woodshop, Bike Shop, Maintenance and Janitoral services.

Community Outreach- We provide support for individuals living in the community from a few hours per week to daily check-ins. Staff assist with shopping, budgeting, medical and other appointments or other needs that contribute to safe and independent lives as part of the community.

Homeshares- Many individuals do not require the intense supports provided by group homes and are better supported the the sharing a home with a family or individual caregiver. Similar to "Foster Care" Homeshare providers are paid caregivers who can provide the supports for a safe and welcoming home for a person with an intellectual disability.

Supported Employment- PDSCL staff provide supports for individuals working at jobs in the community or looking for employment. We can provide job coaching or other supports that contribute to individuals being successful at work.

Staffed Residential Services- PDSCL provides 24 hour 7 Days per week of staff support for residents in a group or individual home. Some individuals due to health and safety requirements are best supported in a group home environment.
