A new report from the BC's Child and Youth Representative addresses involuntary detention of youth under the Mental Health Act and makes 14 recommendations, mostly to the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions and Health Authorities, for changes to better respect child and youth rights.
