Our Feeding & Nutrition team is an intensive program for some of our most medically involved and youngest children whose feeding safety/nutrition is compromised due to developmental disabilities. The team provides feeding assessments, recommendations on positioning, equipment and food, and works with children to develop skills for safe swallowing.

Our team includes: a developmental pediatrician, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist and dietitian

What do we help with?
-Feeding/swallowing challenge assessment; develop skills for safe swallowing
-Practical recommendations about feeding, positioning, equipment and food

Who’s eligible?
-Children ages 0-19 living in Surrey, Delta, White Rock or Langley
-Children whose feeding safety is compromised due to developmental disabilities
-Dietary services are available

**Please note a referral from a physician is required to enter the Feeding & Nutrition program.
