Supported Housing
GVCSS is contracted by Vancouver Coastal Health to provide Supported Housing at Honoria Conway at St. Vincent's and Noble House in Vancouver, and Railway House in Richmond.
The tenants in Supported Housing programs participate in the shared care model of support which is characterized by the collaboration of tenants to design a 24-hour service model which can efficiently and effectively respond to the care needs of all participants. The model is based on tenants working cooperatively, sharing the time and services of a team of personnel, with the willingness to be flexible to help ensure that all tenants receive quality support.
For more information about Supported Housing, please contact Melanie Mendonca at mmendonca@gvcss.bc.ca or 604.714.3507.
