The Life Skills Centre is a multi-faceted resource centre offering an array of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Surrey/ Delta area. Within the centre there is the large group based Discovery program that offers recreational activities which fosters social connections and esteem building through participation as well as the opportunity to perform in regular theatrical productions.

The Crossroads program is a specialized Community Integration program focused on developing individualized supports for individuals with varying developmental disabilities. Through person centred planning, the knowledgeable support staff work alongside each client to learn ways for them overcome barriers that may be present in allowing each client to have the best possible quality of life within their own community. Primary areas of focus are in employment, social skill development, communication skill development, health and fitness, and behaviour management.
