At Mt. Nelson Place We provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities within the Columbia Valley.
Our mission statement is:

Philosophy
Our vision is for a community that welcomes and includes everyone. We will be a centre of excellence that inspires belonging and connection for the community.
Community Housing
Mount Nelson Place is a shared living facility for adults with 24 hour community support staff. The atmosphere is one of home, a caring, warm place. All residents have input governing program, meals, activity and home decoration.
Choices' Program
The 'Choices' program is community-based open day program for our adult residents to promote independence in home skills, personal development, social recreation and community access.
Community Inclusion Program
Our Community Inclusion and Outreach Program is developed and based on the needs and desires, interests and abilities, support preference, and goals for inclusion of the individuals we serve. Access and inclusion in welcoming environments which foster friendships, build connections with community, and recognize the strengths and talents of everyone are our priority.
