Customized Employment
What We Do:
We match individuals up with compatible employers to help them achieve meaningful employment. A job developer will reach out to local businesses to see what needs to be done and then to carve out and create a specific new job. Additionally, we help people build their skills and interests that are relevant for working life.

How We Do It:
Our job developers reach out to local businesses to create out specific jobs based on both the business' needs and the individual's skill set and abilities. We meet with individuals on a regular basis to get to know them. We help people develop their skills and interests and assist with networking in the community. We meet with employers to maintain professional relationships, and provide job coaching to their new employees.

Why We Do It:
We believe that all individuals have the right to achieve meaningful, paid employment. We want people to find real jobs, with real pay
