The Housing Rental Assistance Program provides youth with temporary help to afford market rent in the Lower Mainland. This program aims to help you save money while attending training, school, or work so that you can easily transition to financial independence.

Eligibility
The Rental Assistance Program serves youth aged 16-24 who are at risk of homelessness.

Participants can self-refer or be referred by professionals or other stakeholders (such as family members or friends) via the RAP@pcrs.ca email address
