Organization
Recipients of income assistance, disability assistance and hardship assistance, and who are residents of alcohol and drug residential treatment facilities licensed or registered by the Ministry of Health (MoH) may be eligible for the standard user fee and a comforts allowance.

In addition, clients in the alcohol or drug treatment centre may be eligible to receive the Housing Stability Supplement.
