Outreach Support
Outreach services enable each person to have a program that is tailored to their unique needs, with staff trained to meet these individualized needs. This service is available either in the community or through the person’s home, depending upon personal preference. Amount, intensity and duration of services are negotiated with each participant which may include:

-Community and home life skills
-Employment supports
-Support coordination
-Hourly respite

Milieu’s outreach services provide a customized spectrum of supports designed to assist adults to accomplish specific goals towards greater independence and include such things as community and personal safety, money management and transportation training.
