Milieu staff help to highlight the abilities, skills and preferences of people who want to work. Staff negotiates with the employer to create a position that recognizes the individual's skills and preferences. They also provide individual planning, job seeker profile preparation, assistance with interview skills, marketing and job search, employment counselling, on-site training and monitoring, and follow-up with employers and participants.
