Email Counselling
Our counsellors are trained to provide youth support with a variety of issues, including: relationships, family conflict, school and work challenges, addictions and substance abuse, violence and abuse, and mental, physical and sexual health.

Emails are confidential and counsellors won’t share information with others except for the following reasons: threat of harm to self or others, suspected child abuse, subpoena requiring your counsellor to testify or share records in court, or investigations in cases where your counsellor is legally required to disclose.
