Astra assists Fraser Valley youth who would like to change their relationship with alcohol and/or drugs through outreach and individual counselling.
Astra staff will provide services to you that are based on your goals and needs. They work with you to make a plan, and together you will regularly review it. They will support you in meeting your goals.

- Youth between 13 and 24 who want to change their relationship with alcohol and/or drugs.
- People over 19 may be referred to adult counsellors, if that is a better fit.
