Community Living Support Program
The Community Living Support program provides one on one support to individuals living with mental health challenges. We focus on the direct needs of individuals and support them realizing their full potential and achieving independence.

The Community Living Support Program and the Semi-Independent Living Program provides one on one support to individuals living with mental health challenges. We focus on the direct needs of individuals and support them in realizing their full potential and achieving independence. Community Living Support workers help individuals achieve increased independence through education/training, goal setting, healthy lifestyle mentorship and increased community involvement.
The Semi-Independent Living Program provides the same services as the CLS program, but also includes a monthly rent subsidy.

Acquired Brain Injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behaviour Disorders and Conditions (ie. ADHD), Blind / Visual Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Deaf / Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, Down Syndrome , Dual Diagnosis, Epilepsy / Seizure Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome / Spectrum Disorders , Intellectual / Developmental Disability, Learning Disorder / Disability, Mental Health , Neuromuscular Disorders, Other / I don't know, Paraplegia / Quadriplegia, Physical Disability / Mobility Impairment, Schizophrenia , Speech Impairment / Social / Communication Disorders, Spina Bifida, Substance Use/Addiction
Age
19-99
Eligibility
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must reside in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows
- Diagnosed with mental health concern
- Be a registered client of Maple Ridge Mental Health Centre
- Do not require 24 hour residential care
