Supported Employment
Supported Employment is a customized employment service that assists individuals with developmental disabilities to obtain and maintain employment.
Fraserside takes time to learn about each individual job seeker. They identify strengths, interests and ideal employment conditions. They use that knowledge to search for or develop a job in the community. Fraserside strives to find the best match between job seekers and employers. Individuals do real work for real pay.
Fraserside develops and fosters strong relationships with employers to ensure successful orientation and integration for the new employee. We provide onsite training and support for new employees, the employer and their staff.
Their goals are two-fold: To support each individual to overcome, persevere and succeed, and to support each employer in the same unique way.
