In addition to its accredited programs, CDSCL owns and operates a subsidized seniors apartment building.

Located at 1628 Hillside Street in Creston, Rebekah Manor is a very well maintained, secure, 26 unit, four story apartment building. Eleven units have one bedroom and fifteen units have two bedrooms.

Amenities include a coin operated laundry room, an elevator, and a large activity room. It is conveniently located very near the Creston Recreation Center.

Rent is geared towards income as per BC Housing. At least one member of the household must be at least 55 years old to qualify for accommodation.
