Counselling Services (Talking Helps)
Talking Helps is a fee for service counselling program available to residents of the Tri-Cities area. A team of clinical counsellors with extensive experience and a variety of languages are available to support individuals, couples and families dealing with the challenges of daily life such as parenting, relationships and stress as well as more complex issues such as trauma, divorce or separation, anger management, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, and employment issues along with other mental wellness concerns. We are also very passionate about supporting the needs of our LGBTQS2 community.
Clinical Counselling services are available in a variety of languages. Interpretation services are also available.
Services can be provided in person at our Clarke Street location or virtually Monday 8:30am to 7:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 9:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Eligibility
Talking Helps is a fee-for-service counselling program available to residents of the Tri-Cities area and beyond. Tri-Cities residents, including Anmore and Belcarra, with a child or youth (0-18) in the home may be eligible for a reduced fee based on a sliding scale which will be determined at Intake
