Summer Session
North Fraser Therapeutic Riding offers a seven week summer riding session. Applicants should submit their forms by June to get assessed for the program.

The riding instruction given is consistent with the principles of English equitation and includes some specialized exercises for balance and physical development that use hippo therapy components. Our instructors are qualified by the Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association (CanTRA) and/or Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Int) and they all hold their First Aid certificates. Instructors are required to constantly upgrade their skills by participating in clinics and seminars relevant to the program.
