Healthy Pregnancy Outreach (HPOP)
This program helps prenatal women maintain good health and have healthy babies. It provides a weekly drop-in discussion group, a cooking club and one-on-one support. The program is for women who are pregnant or whose child is six months old or less.

Weekly Drop-In:

Squamish – Wednesdays 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm In person meeting indoors at the Group Room at SSCS.
Pemberton – Wednesday – Location and time are weather dependent. Please email Loralee at loralee.seitz@sscs.ca for more information or call 604 894 6101.

Weekly Drop-By:
Squamish – Mondays 10:30 am to 12:00 pm Drive/walk/stroll by and pick up some gifts for new parents such as diapers, sanitary pads, breast pads, multivitamins, vitamin D, and gift cards from Save on Foods and Nesters. Located at 38024 Fourth Avenue (in front of United Church Entrance) in the Squamish Savings Room. Contact Ruby Bhangoo to confirm.
Through this program, thanks to the BC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Coupon Program, we’re able to provide parents with vouchers for the Squamish and Pemberton Farmers Markets. The BC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Coupon Program is supported by the Province of BC and the provincial Health Services Authority.
