Family Preservation
Safe homes - Through the Family Preservation and Reunification Program we work with families whose children are at risk of losing their family placement or leaving their family or are already out of their family home through therapeutic, multiple-component interventions.
We work to keep children with their families and reduce the risk of child maltreatment by changing behaviours and increasing skills. The primary goal of the program is to either maintain the child’s placement or to re-establish the placement in the family home.
