Apartment Support

About this resource

Our Apartment Support service is a creative partnership between BC Housing, Community Living BC (CLBC) and Spectrum Society for Community Living. CLBC refers people interested in living in their own apartment to affordable BC Housing apartment buildings and negotiates an adequate level of support from Spectrum Society. BC Housing is the largest provider of affordable housing in the Province but recognized that some people were not being successful tenants because they needed additional supports, available on a flexible basis.
