About this resource

We offer a range of programs and services that are funded by various BC Ministries and Crown agencies. Our primary funders are Community Living British Columbia and the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Services include an Infant Development Program, Support Child Development Program, Aboriginal Infant & Supported Child Development Program, Early Years, Children’s Respite, Adult Respite, a full range of residential supports including staffed homes, Home Share and Supported Living, Community Inclusion, personal network development and Supported and Customized employment.

All services are accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. ILS is an active part of our local community, as well as a participant in many provincial and national initiatives that advance the inclusion and citizenship of people with intellectual disabilities.
