Basics for Health Society is committed to strengthening the primary care system by delivering resource connection services to address social and economic needs.
The mission for BHS is:
- To provide individuals and families with connections, and facilitate access, to the resources they need to be healthy.
- To partner with health care providers in addressing the social determinants of health in clinical practice.
- To foster the development of a broader understanding of health among the next generation of health care providers and leaders.
