Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is the ability to understand finance. More specifically, it refers to an individual's ability to make informed judgements and effective decisions about the use and management of their money. The RCD offers Public Education Series including Financial Literacy topics regularly; some topics covered are Financial Planning, Tax Matters and RDSP for People with Disabilities. During these workshops, you will discover how to empower yourself with the financial skills that will help you learn to save and manage money and as well as develop financial independence.
