Falmouth House
Falmouth House is a lovely four bedroom home located a stone's throw from Swan Lake. Although a busy house, everyone always has time for a story and a good laugh! Individuals supported direct their own care and make daily choices that suit their personal needs. Staff are available twenty-four hours a day to provide any requested support.
