Eligibility
In order to be eligible for support, one or both parents must be eligible for CLBC services. Referrals can be made by parents, family members, advocates, public health professionals or other community agency representatives. Call CLV or CLBC directly to request a referral. Once a space becomes available, the PSP coordinator will meet with the parents to discuss the program in more detail and to help determine whether the PSP is what the family is looking for.
