Computer Comfort
Computer Comfort provides the perfect starting point for adults with physical disabilities who want to develop basic computer skills. It offers one-on-one computer tutoring at no cost in a supportive, client-centred environment; a refurbished donated computer for the home, if needed; and ongoing technical support. Computer Comfort is also available online via Distance Learning.

Computers are an important link to the outside world. The knowledge and skills to use a computer can greatly improve independence, access to resources, and connections with family and friends for a person with a disability.

You will be matched with a volunteer or staff member to work, once a week, on your own self-determined goals, such as word processing, windows, office software, e-mail, internet, or social networking.

Our Computer Comfort Program Provides:
-Free computer skills tutoring for qualifying participants
-A great starting point for adults with disabilities to develop basic computer skills
-Self paced, client centred learning
-Ongoing technical support
-A comfortable and supportive learning environment
