Lifeskills
In a constantly changing environment, life skills are an essential part of navigating the challenges of everyday life and lead to increased independence at home and in the community. We support people who live with their families, in addition to those living independently, to learn day-to-day tasks that assist them in becoming more self-sufficient.
They may choose to learn or improve their skills in areas such as banking, financial management, budgeting, grocery shopping, meal preparation, community safety, home maintenance and more.
