About this resource
Pivot Point provides several services aimed at helping adults with Diverse Abilities to achieve their goals and live the lives they want. Our services range from more intensive one-to-one supports with a stronger focus on learning new skills, to small group services aimed at supporting meaningful community inclusion, to job skills and placement supports, and the development of larger and safe social networks.
All sources of funding can be used alone or in addition to government funding such as Community Living BC. Pivot Point is a pre-approved service provider through TWO of CLBC's primary funding programs for Adults with Developmental Disabilities: Personal Supports Initiative (PSI)

Eligibility
Individuals must be over age 18 to begin planning the transition into Adult Services. As most Adult Services listed in this program area are "fee-for-services", individuals must have access to a source of funding sufficient to meet the needs outlined in their chosen plan.
