RSCL provides a range of options to meet the desires of each individual and family when it comes to moving away from the family home.
SUPPORTED LIVING: RSCL currently operates 7 homes in different Richmond neighbourhoods, and ensures the individuals residing at each home enjoys the opportunity to contribute and participate fully in their community. Each home operates as an "extended family" which includes the individuals supported, their families and support networks, and staff.
HOME SHARE: Offers an alternative to group home living. Matches the need and desires of the individuals with an appropriate residential model, in ways such as providing supports necessary for an individual or individuals to live independently, or matching the individual with a roommate who can offer companionship and care in a semi-independent setting.
