Employment Services supports individuals to recognize and build on their strengths to gain employment in a competitive workplace. We do this by:
-Assisting with learning and training in order to obtain employment
-Assessing interests, skills, values and abilities to facilitate job matching and customized work options
-Providing job club training and job coaching
-Working with employers to identify needs/gaps
-Providing job support planning and marketing on behalf of job seekers
