Adult Residential Services
The Association operates three residential services, each with unique characteristics but having in common a caring, supportive environment to help people achieve their optimal level of independence. We aim to enhance all areas of life, including:

-Satisfaction with the home environment
-Health and personal care
-Recreation and leisure
-Spiritual and cultural interests
-Building and maintaining relationships with family, friends, and co-workers
-Exploring and participating in the community
-Developing skills helpful at home, in the community, or at work
-Education and work experience
-Volunteering in the community

Where it can be reasonably accommodated, individuals are involved in the selection of staff to support them in various activities of daily living. Comfort levels and preferences of the individual are taken into consideration.

In order to receive quality services, individuals and their families are encouraged to participate in planning and making informed decisions about the service they receive. Each service plan reflects individual goals, and those goals are reviewed on a regular basis.
