Infant Development Consultants (IDP)
IDP serve children from birth to three years who are at risk for/or have a developmental delay or disability. Through home visits IDP consultants work with families to conduct assessments and set goals. Other supports may include toy and book lending, play groups and advocacy.

Physical Therapists (PT)
PT observe how children move and play, and assesses any difficulties he/she may be having. In consultation with the family, the PT sets goals for functional movement and develops strategies to achieve them. These strategies may include lengthening and strengthening muscle groups, or may be games and play exercises that help develop movement skills.

Occupational Therapists (OT)
OT assess one or more areas of children's development: attention, sensory, fine motor (hand use), visual-perception and self-care (feeding, grooming, dressing, toiletry). Together the OT and family will decide which areas need attention and develop ways through play or games to help the child improve his/her skills.

Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
SLP works with children who have communication delays or impairments. The SLP will determine what your child understands (receptive language), What your child says (expressive language), how your child uses his/her tongue and lips when speaking (articulation and oral motor skills), and whether your child is having any feeding or swallowing difficulties.

Family Resource Navigator (FRN)
The Family Resource Navigator responds to community requests for information and resources and is a support for families receiving Sundrops services. FRN can provide information about community resources and help families navigate the social, health and other networks available for families. This includes referring on to an appropriate service in the community. FRN manages a virtual library of community resources and services and shares this information via phone, email or in-person meetings. FRN also coordinates and facilitates opportunities for community education, parent-to-parent connections, and parent groups and provides outreach by visiting community groups and service providers.

Supported Child Development (SCD)
The Supported Child Development (SCD) program provides a range of consulting and support services to children, families and child care centres so that children with extra support needs can participate in inclusive child care settings of their choice.

Child Care Resource and Referral (CCRR)
The Child Care Resource and Referral program provides information and support to families in their selection of appropriate child care, and provides training and support to child care providers.
