Family Services
The Family Services Coordinator (FSC) supports families of children with special needs from 36 months to school entry.
For many families, their first CDC contact is with the FSC. Areas where the FSC may assist include support, information, resources, advocacy, and parent connections.

Eligibility
Referrals are accepted from parents/guardians, doctors, nurses, social workers, other CDC team members, people that are concerned about a child’s development, or other organizations. Referrals should be made only with the parent/guardian’s knowledge and consent.
