The first point of contact for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness, who have been referred or whom self-refer. After assessing and connecting with other supports that person may already be connected with, an outreach navigator connects individuals to appropriate community resources and services, whether it be internal or external to CMHA Kelowna.
