Peer Support Groups

About this resource

Peer Support aims to break isolation and provide empowerment from people who understand what it’s like to live with mental health challenges. Peer support aims to bring together people with shared experiences to support each other and provide a space where you feel accepted and understood.

Peer Support groups occur weekly on Monday’s 1:00 – 3:00pm & Wednesday’s 4:00 – 6:00pm. You can join in-person at CMHA Kelowna or online and over the phone.

If you have questions about our Peer Support Program, please email peer.support@cmhakelowna.org
